This service should be used for results follow-up ONLY.
Please note that most results will appear in your My Health Record (MHR) immediately, with the reports being available after SEVEN (7) days. You can access these yourself from the 1800 Medicare App, or directly from your MyGov account.
Administrative staff have NO ACCESS to your clinical record, and are unable to provide information regarding the status of your results.
If you require immediate attention, please click HERE to dial 000 and request an ambulance, or attend your nearest emergency department.

- your regular GP.
Please allow up to TWO (2) business days for contact following submission, although this may be longer during busy periods. Please be advised that should you request your results be emailed, these will be not be encrypted.
This portal is monitored Mon-Fri (8am to 6pm) and Saturdays (8am -1pm). Any requests made outside of business hours will be addressed during business hours

Telehealth charges MAY APPLY if you request a GP to contact you.
