GP services are private billed - meaning a gap fee would apply after medicare rebates are processed (see below for more details).
Patients with Centrelink issued Health Care Cards or Pension Cards are eligible for a Concession Fee rate.
Please note that concessions do not apply to Saturday visits, and standard fees apply. See below for more specific details.
Updates for Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans as well as Mental Health Care Plans should be booked as either a Video Telehealth Consult, OR face-to-face.
Surcharges apply - check signs on arrival!
GPs require a minimum of TWO (2) hours notice if cancelling an appointment, otherwise a $50 late cancellation fee will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not attended the practice physically within 12 months and choose a telehealth consult, you will be ineligible for a rebate through Medicare, and a private fee will charged.
