GP services are private billed - meaning a gap fee would apply after medicare rebates are processed (see below for more details).
Patients with Centrelink issued Health Care Cards or Pension Cards are charged at a Concession Fee rate.
Please note that concessions do not apply to Saturday visits, and standard fees apply. See below for more specific details
Updates for Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans as well as Mental Health Care Plans should be booked as either a Video Telehealth Consult, OR face-to-face.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not attended the practice physically within 12 months and choose a telehealth consult, you will be ineligible for a rebate through Medicare, and a private fee will charged.

Telehealth Services are also available for all patients - however, if you have NOT attended in person in the last 12 months, your consultation will attract a private fee with NO Medicare rebate. Payments are made via the CSMP PayPal account (link sent via SMS).
