New patients need a DOUBLE appointment, except when booking for:

- SEAN KRISTOFFERSEN (for SKIN CHECKS)

N.B: When booking new patients, let them know that:

- Pension and HCC holders are billed at our CONCESSION rate

- We can give them their rebate on-site

- They'll need to complete the online NEW PATIENT FORM to confirm their appointment.

You'll need to capture the patient's name, gender (as recorded with Medicare), DOB and phone number when creating their placeholder in Automed!
